Anushka played a role in a film known as Band Baaja Baraat starring Ranveer who played the role of a middle-class who starts her wedding planning company. The film received a positive review and was a surprise hit. Anushka has completed her 3-film contract together with Yash Raj Films after Band Baaja Baaraat.
